This computer had problems connecting to Windows 7 computers, but I was able to get it working after a few reboots. It connected my computer to Windows 10 without any problems. I am removing two stars because the computer cannot be fully controlled from a computer. Paper settings often need to be confirmed on the printer. A donkey. I'm trying to update the firmware from my computer and the screen on the printer confirms it's available, but nothing loads. There seems to be a conflict between the printer and the computer. We wore out the r2000, or rather it was so smeared with ink that it didn't work properly. The user interface of this new machine is a big step backwards from the old one. Someone at Epson thinks they've made improvements by adding a few whistles and bells to the printer that are just useless and get in the way of easy printing. I'll shoot another star in a few months. Every time we print on a different computer, we have to turn the printer off and on again for it to start printing. That and the fact that we have to manually tell the printer that we switched paper when we use a different type of paper is pure nonsense.
