Review on Powerbuilt 644999 2 Inch Micrometer Torque by Anthony Heinrichs
This is a typical budget key.
I have used both expensive and cheap torque wrenches. I would call it a pretty good budget key. It's accurate about 80% of the range, but I wouldn't trust it to the extreme. The braking mechanism is hardly noticeable at lower torques.
