The picture shows Encore 23L and when I ordered 20L I received 23L (which is a more expensive pack) but I returned it for 20L. The 20-litre model is a little odd, as accessing the top requires first unbuckling two buckles and then two zips. It takes a little time, but it also means more can be added by simply undoing the buckle straps. There are two side entrances, one for laptop and tablet and the other at an angle for the main compartment. All access can be through these side zips, which is how I usually use this backpack.
