Very beautiful and stunning, they add an elegant, warm atmosphere to the home. They're a good size too, about the size of a mason jar! Lighting: good, has a dimmer and flickering pulsing candle, very cool how the little wick bounces and simulates a flame. Even the LEDs on the side pulsate. Candle: The candle portion itself has the realistic feel of a wax candle. However, it is not flavored at all. So if you're looking for something similar, don't worry! PRO TIP: I put a little essential oil on the top of the candle so the sides aren't greasy when I touch it, and it works amazingly, warming the oil up a bit and allowing it to have a mild scent as you walk past it ! Wipe with an alcohol wipe and apply a new scent! Remote Control: This is a nice feature especially if you want to put it in a souvenir or somewhere high up in a hard to reach spot or on a shelf so you don't have to fetch a chair every time and the timer function works great so that you can set it up and forget about it. I might even buy another set! Overall I really like it and would definitely consider it a worthy gift if you are not too picky about the product packaging. It comes in a plain brown box with no label, but you can always pack it other than unscented and it's all easy. I hope my review was helpful to you!
