Terrible, don't waste your money!
Balls are like Velcro and don't stick to your hair, but to your clothing. Do not tumble dry as they should stick to clothing and come off clothing and duvets. Wire baskets are also waste. I deleted several downloads and none of them had a single item. However, my washing machine is full of dog hair and I have used 4 of them and all the balls. My washing machine has an agitator. waste of money. I will try to return.
