Item arrived as stated. Out of the box, it only took a few minutes to swap out my current smartwatch band. Both bands were very similar in style, length, and color, except the new one was slightly more flexible. The new strap fits perfectly, and the quick-connect feature turns what used to be a difficult experience into an easy swap. My old band was in perfect condition, but there was one problem...the "band keeper" on one side of the band broke after a year of wearing. I suspect that the repeated removal and replacement of the watch along with sweat and heat may have ruined the rubber on the strap keeper to the point of breaking. Well the rubber band was a temporary solution until new band was ordered. Now the watch is whole again and I am very happy with the new strap as well as the excellent value for money. I could have spent more or looked at a different band but just wanted a simple replacement that wasn't worth half the cost of the watch itself. As for the durability of the product, I don't know, I'll just have to wait and see.
