I would say any size you usually choose order one size up because they will be a little tight if you order your normal size because they are spandex, I once ordered the small and it was too tight and there was no room to breathe so I ordered a medium size and it fits perfectly, the length is perfect and it hugs my biceps and that Stuff is great
