This is a stack of three sturdy and roomy metal baskets. Installation should be straight-forward even without instructions. But: the box contains two very flimsy wrenches. They are NOT identical. The larger one fits the rounded nuts. The smaller one fits the pre-installed hex nuts on the wheels. You need both wrenches to tighten the rounded nuts while holding the hex nuts in place. I found that the top baskets are not identical the hard way. After installing the baskets, the top one kept falling off. Its two front metal clips did not seem to hold the basket below it properly. Reversing the order of the baskets solved this problem.
