I bought this to put my legs up in bed to reduce swelling in my feet and legs. My legs and feet hurt. I am also diabetic so I am recommended for treatment. It hurt after using with inserts. I've removed it. The swelling has increased. I tried again without the earplugs and woke up without much pain and my feet felt fine. This surprises me as I have chronic body aches and am on max dose of oxycodone and near max dose of slow release morphine. The daytime pains are gone. Wow. I would recommend.
