This system has been used in our shop for 2 years. We have never had a problem with any part of this system. actually it was a plug & play operation for us. Installation was the most difficult job, and that's only because we ran our own outdoor cables (outdoor UV/underground cables) and very long/difficult cable runs between floors and rooms of our building. Our cameras have already survived two very cold winters of snow and ice, but mostly we see rain (in Oregon) with a few short months of good sunshine. They all worked perfectly. No complaints. Night vision is impressive even on RLC410 devices. We also have RLC423, RLC511 and some others. Every camera worked great. Big thanks to the guys at Reolink for making such an affordable product that is also incredibly well built and versatile. My ONLY handle is when/if you want to speak to a support specialist on the phone and ask direct questions in real time. Time. there doesn't seem to be a way to turn this off. Instead, it's an email Q&A thread with their support team that can drag on for days to answer a simple question. On a positive note, the staff is very helpful, although it is clear that English is not their first language. Some of the answers are quite cryptic, and some of my questions need to be phrased differently to be answered. But I don't hate. I just wanted to talk to a guy named Chuck who sounds just like me.
