I like that it helps me automate my invoices, allows for easy access from anywhere in the world, has great customer service support, can be used as an app or website, etc. It's not perfect but we are learning how to use it more effectively. We have been able to create our own customizations of some modules which makes them work better for us. The product itself isn't very intuitive so if you're new to this type of system there may be issues getting started.
