Strong plastic smell

My main issue is that these organizers have a STRONG plastic smell. I may bring it back as after a few weeks I still have to drive with the windows closed or just endure a headache. The tissue slot is rather small, I couldn't find a tissue box/brand that would fit. Also, the buckles on the belts are oddly placed. They should be slightly lower than the common part so they rest on your mid-back. I only have them hanging from the headrest now.
