I was contacted a few days after the company responded to my request for a replacement part. Said intern gave me wrong info, new offer to send me new set or refund. In my opinion they did everything to help me with my problem. For this reason I will definitely work with this company again. Overall the product seems to be a very good replacement for the extended OEM fender flares. But the customer service is not what I expected. On the first day I damaged a part. I contacted Kemimoto to get a replacement part. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this product from this company. Go OEM. Here is an email from the company. Thank you for contacting us first. We are sorry that we do not sell a part of the product separately because there is no other part left after production. If you want to buy it again, we are willing to offer you a 8% discount.
