Where to begin? This winch looks substantial enough, but the wiring is woefully under size with random length for the current this motor is capable of producing. I ordered some 2awg copper to replace the 10awg(?) wire that's included. According to the instructions, this winch is drawing 175A at a full 3500lb pull. This winch is a beast. Way more power than needed to winch out my 4 seat Polaris RZR from the most difficult predicaments on the trail. Excellent quality components. It is a Chinese winch but is better built than the other cheap winches. Comes with 2 wireless remotes and a thumb switch to mount on a handlebar. I got a dash rocker switch to replace the handlebar switch. This is every bit as good as a winch costing several times more.

The winch came with a steel cable and not the synthetic rope, and a normal rolling fairlead and not the aluminum fairlead required for the synthetic rope as in the picture. I did not return it because the price I paid for it I would not be able to still buy it at. And ordering the synthetic rope and fairlead it was still cheaper than returning it in ordering a different winch

Installed on 2013 Yamaha grizzly 550. Very happy with the result. You will need the Yamaha mounting plate, a connector to tap the white 12v lighter plug so you can only operate it when the switch is on. The control box can be installed on the right side right on the inner side around where the 12v plug is around knee high, under the radiator hose. You can also get 2 new battery terminal to shorter cable. A crimping tool, zip ties and flexible hose tubing to run the cables.

Initial review.Took roughly 4 hours to install but no fault of the manufacturer. I had to fabricate a new plate to fit my 2012 Ranger 800. Once installed I did a few small pulls and everything worked fine. The only complaintA at this point is that the quality of the remotes is lacking and confusing installation directions. Wiring was a challenge. Not the clearest instructions . Plus the instructions had several missed spelled words, which I thought was a bit comical lol. Going on a 40 mile ride

I actually put this winch on my Xterra. I don’t mud bog so all I wanted was a winch to pull with and it works great. My only complaint is with the remotes. Even though I made sure they were turned off when I put them in the glove box the batteries were dead when I needed to use them. But no worries I made a plus in remote out of the handlebar remote that came with it and it works fine. It’s a great winch for my use.

I have used this winch only a couple of times and the clutch plate has completely sheared in two. There is no way this thing can pull anything close to 4500 lbs. Also the remote controls quit working unless I was 3ft away from the box even with fresh batteries. Cheap winch!

The switch to make winch go in and out came bad! Would not work! Luckily the wireless remote works. Tried to talk to Revain cust service about it and got nowhere. Wanted me to send whole winch kit back for the stupid in znd out handlebar mount switch. The winch itself seems great. Nice synthetic rope.

Hooked up unit , it worked. So I went to bundle wires that came with winch and zip strip them neatly under dash. Well the power wire should be a little heavier duty , when zipped together it started melting.

So far so good can’t beat the price if you have a ranger by the small fairlead from super atv to fit ur ranger it’s the size of the 3500 pound winch

Used this to help load into the back of my truck. I drilled two holes in the front axle to mount and still can utilize the factory tow hook. I did swap the the cables so the longer was used for the winch. I also didn't use the wired switch. Everything fit really well and the rope is really long. Overall this is a better value then the harbor freight winch. This has a rope wire and the biggest difference is no delay after letting go of the button. One battery in the remote was dead though.

Under a 9mo period and it stop working and we didn’t even used it more than a couple of times,also, it’s always inside the garage when not used.Not worth the money if you ask me.

I bought this to install on my wife's 2008 Arctic Cat Wildcat sport. It bolted right up to the factory holes, and the remote controls work even better than I anticipated. The winch is very quiet. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. My only complaint is that I wish the wires that come with it we're about 2 ft longer each which is the only reason I gave it four stars. Otherwise, five stars all day

Every damn bolt in the bag was to long for the winch so now it sits loose in the mount, thanks for that, after hours of work using all the different bolts in the damn bag none of them were the right

I was worried about a knock off brand, but put the 4500# winch on my Polaris ranger. First day out I buried my 3:4 ton dodge 4x4 in snow at a boat landing. Used the winch to get the trailer off then pull the truck out. One week later broke through slush layer and was stuck on the lake. Drilled a hole in good ice and got a chunk of wood sideways under the ice with rope on it, hit the remote and pulled utv right to me. Remote stays in fishing bibs. Makes hooking into trailer super easy

Worked great for the first time. Stopped working after that. Has power to the winch but just clicks. Unable to find any information on warranty replacement

Installation was relatively easy. I have installed 3 others previously so that helped some. Instructions were fair. I used a different switch that fit inn dash of my Gator better than the handlebar switch provided. Remote switches seem like they will be handy.

Get the right bracket for your application and they mount easily I never use the ones that come with it on my side by sides they are too generic. The remotes work ok. I always put a switch in the dash.

Except for shipping or the lack of information through FedEx, not the shipper. This is absolutely beautify put together just very nice and if it performs like it should, for $300 it a hidden gem

Installed without a problem and during test all items worked as described. Remotes worked in excess of 30' And, winch handled my SxS without an issue.
