Type of review

I was searching for a spool cone holder for serger thread not sewing thread or embroidery thread and sadly this doesn’t fit the spool cones well but does serve the purpose for the time being at this cost. The wooden dowels aren’t spread out far enough to accommodate a full spool for my type of thread. If I put my embroidery thread on this rack they don’t even fit. The first thread hits the frame preventing it from sitting flush against the bottom rack. I added a couple different sizes for…

Pros
  • Love it! Perfect for all my thread.
Cons
  • The design may clash with the aesthetic of a sewing room

Great Thread Rack for 1000m Embroidery Thread Cones

I am very happy with this thread stand. The pins are perfectly spaced for the 1000m cones of embroidery thread (vs the 250m Sulky thread spools). I'm assuming that must be what the description means when it says it will hold the "king" spools. The pegs are definitely long enough for the 1000m spools. On another thread rack, I needed to glue straws over the pegs to make them long enough to keep my 1000m spools of Isacord, FuFu's, and Coats from falling off. My favorite feature is that the pegs…

Pros
  • ✅ 60 spool embroidery and sewing thread rack made of premium natural hardwood construction for superior appearance and durability.
Cons
  • Hard to organize spools by color or type

Nice, but could be better. Suits my purpose though.

Although cheaply made, this rack does serve the intended purpose. I holds the 1000yd spools with no problem. Yet, if you use the 5k spools, you'll lose capacity by more than half. It is made for the 1k spools. Several of the rods were loose, but glue took care of that, not a big deal. It's designed to sit on a counter or shelf, but, it would have to be a wide one. It states in the description it can be hung on the wall, but, you'll have to rig it yourself. There are no instructions or hardware…

Pros
  • I loved it. This makes doing hair so much easier .
Cons
  • The wood could warp if exposed to moisture

Threadholder - my new review

Some of my spoils did not fit because their holes were to small. Although it is wall-mountable there was no hardware to do so. Other than that, it works well.

Pros
  • Adds a stylish touch to sewing and workspace decor
Cons
  • The rack may not hold up over time with constant use

Dowels too thick to fit bobbins

I purchased the 120 spool rack to organize my spools of thread (mostly Gutermann 273 yd or 110 yd and Coats & Clark 500 yd or 250 yd) and bobbins. I had seen photos of people placing the bobbin on the dowel first, then the matching thread on top. Unfortunately the diameter of these dowels (which is nowhere in the listing description that I could find) is just a little too wide for my Bernina or Singer bobbins to fit. There are some accessories I've seen to help you mount your bobbin on top of…

Pros
  • Provides a professional appearance for sewing spaces
Cons
  • Could be difficult to store smaller spools or bobbins

Very useful in my review

Very useful for small or normal embroidery base threads, but the distance is small between two threads with a big base, so be careful and review what king of threads cones base do you have before count how many can you accommodate. Is perfect for hanging at the wall.

Pros
  • Makes a great addition to any sewing supply collection
Cons
  • Could be hard to clean and sanitize the individual spool holders

Doesn't hold 66 large spools

I had hoped to store large cones of thread on this frame. There are 66 thread pins, and they are long enough to support the large cones. But there is not enough space between the pins for the cones to fit. It will actually hold about 36 cones.

Pros
  • Offers improved thread management for better sewing results
Cons
  • Difficult to find the spools you need if they are not organized properly

Great for everyone that sews!

This rack is awesome and just wonderful. I got package of 48 spools of thread, all them plus what I already had at home fit with room for more. THANKS

Pros
  • Suitable for both residential and commercial use
Cons
  • The spools may not fit snugly or securely in the holders

Threadart (seller): you really need to redo your measurements & fix the item description/photo. This review is for the 120 spool rack, now the listing is only showing the 60 spool rack. When it was the 120 spool rack, it also showed a photo of many 1100 yard spools on the rack, all fit nicely side by side, bottoms not overlapping. So I took a chance on ordering this. My review: minus one star for wrong measurements, minus one star because you say it will fit the 1100 yard mini king spools…

Pros
  • Durable enough to last for years
Cons
  • Potential for the spools to slide off the holders if turned vertically or at an angle

Great classic. for my opinion

I love how I can hang this on my wall and have all my embroidery threads out to see. I had to go to the hardware store to get hangers but rather than send it back I put the hangers on myself.

Pros
  • Threadart
Cons
  • Requires frequent dusting to keep clean

Exactly what I wanted!

I ordered this despite some of the negative reviews. I could not be more happy with the rack. It is exactly what I expected and seemed perfectly well made to me. None of the dowels were loose at all, I checked each one just in case. It is solid enough to serve it's purpose just fine.I wasn't expecting fine furniture, but it is quite sturdy and not wobbly at all. I would certainly recommend this product.

Pros
  • ✅ Convenient fold-out legs for freestanding on a table or can be conveniently hung on a wall (mounting hardware not included)
Cons
  • May not fit spools with unique shapes or sizes

It's great! Holds all the small thread I have (or .

It's great! Holds all the small thread I have (or rather the thread I can find so far) and i get to color code them for more fun and organization! So happy! And they shipped a replacement for the broken one the very next day! I was so surprised. I sent the broken one back Sunday, and the new one came in Monday morning! So incredible!

Pros
  • Can also be used for organizing ribbons and other sewing materials
Cons
  • Could be difficult to thread the needle if spools are stored horizontally

It’s ok but should be cheaper

I bought this to help me organized when I braids my/customers hair. A few of them were loose and you can see the glue. You can tell they just threw it together.

Pros
  • Crafting
Cons
  • The thread may unravel quickly if not organized properly

very nice spool rack

I purchased this rack after having one that only held 60 or so spools. I found that I needed to have one larger. I am using this one and it is working great. I have it almost filled it and this seems to be nice and sturdy. I like how this can hold so many spools that it allows me to sort the colors and be a little more organized to get the job done faster. I have had to in the past go and search out a color that would not fit on the smaller one. I would like to purchase on more and that would…

Pros
  • Provides easy access to threads for quick stitch selection
Cons
  • May not fit standard sewing room storage spaces or cubbies

Perfect for large cone spools

I wish I had bought this earlier. I really needed somewhere to put all my large cone spools. I hung mine from the wall. It doesn’t come with wall hanging hooks. Very happy

Pros
  • 16.5 x 13.5 x 3.1 inches
Cons
  • The hardwood material may splinter easily

I just love it! on my review.

I had looked all over for a stable thread spool holder but to no avail. I found smaller ones that was priced way too high and could not let go of my hard earned money! Then my daughter suggested looking on Revain.com and I found this one! I just love it because I can hang it up on the wall in my sewing room or just leave setting up in the floor. I do admit that I will be ordering two more since I still have lots more thread spools to store. In the past, I've purchased a lot of thread! If anyone

Pros
  • Ideal for sewers that take their work on the go
Cons
  • The finishes on the wood may not withstand constant use and handling

Works well: my feedback

I purchased 2 of these, I mounted them to a wall, both are filled with spools of thread. Not as sturdy as I thought they would be.

Pros
  • Perfect for keeping threads in good condition and untangled
Cons
  • Thread may unravel and tangle if not stored properly on the spool holders

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great for organizing thread

This is perfect for organizingmy embroidery thread. Unfortunately, it does not support cone thread and my bobbin does not fit on the pegs, but it works great for my regular sewing machine threads and embroidery threads.

Pros
  • 1.9 pounds
Cons
  • The thread may fall off of the spool holders if bumped or knocked over

Well made but Not for Serger Cones

This ‘little’ rack is well made but too small for SERGER sized cones. This rack would fit Small Embroidery cones or regular spools. It has short, closely placed dowels. I can get some of my cones to stay on it by placing them upside down, but I also have to skip every other dowel as well. I have hundreds of threads to organize; so this will work very well for the individual spools I have; but sadly have to keep searching for something sturdy enough for the Large Cones. The cross bars have a wee

Pros
  • Makes changing thread colors easier and faster
Cons
  • The rack may require frequent adjustments to accommodate different sizes of spools

The best ever good for me

I had bought it for my Daughter and she is very happy with it she was very excitedt to finely put up all her threads that she has a place she can go strate to it and find what she needs with no headache that was so great to hear thank you

Pros
  • Very well made. I have bought 3 of these from this seller
Cons
  • May not fit larger spools or cones
