Review on Sturdy Hardwood Thread Rack - Holds 60 Spools & Mini-King Size Cones For Sewing, Embroidery, Quilting & More! by Brian Trotter

I am very happy with this thread stand. The pins are perfectly spaced for the 1000m cones of embroidery thread (vs the 250m Sulky thread spools). I'm assuming that must be what the description means when it says it will hold the "king" spools. The pegs are definitely long enough for the 1000m spools. On another thread rack, I needed to glue straws over the pegs to make them long enough to keep my 1000m spools of Isacord, FuFu's, and Coats from falling off. My favorite feature is that the pegs are staggered between rows. I have put thread color number labels on the wood strip holding the pegs. That makes the labels much easier to see since there will not be another spool of thread directly in front the of label. I have only a few of the 5000m cones of thread, so the spacing of the pins works well for me. I can see where this may not be the best thread rack for a large number of 5000m spools.
