You get what you pay for and not in a good way!
I have used this winch only a couple of times and the clutch plate has completely sheared in two. There is no way this thing can pull anything close to 4500 lbs. Also the remote controls quit working unless I was 3ft away from the box even with fresh batteries. Cheap winch!
