I usually wear a size 10.5 and have 2 pairs of new scales that both fit me comfortably. I ordered 10.5 and it was too small, sent it back and replaced with 11 and it's literally big enough. As they are for running only I agree as I don't want to return another pair but I actually have a feeling the 11.5 will fit the same as the regular 10.5 so run a size down. Just remember. UPDATE: I couldn't make it, size 11 was still too small and my big toes hurt after a day of wearing. Sent back and runs one size bigger. UPDATE: I ended up going for a different size as they were still small. So I ended up having to go a whole size bigger (11.5) than what I wear in every other shoe (10.5).
