This is just one of those products that gets used over time because it's so flexible if you're looking at different types or activities in sales management software! It has helped us manage our day-to-day tasks as well help track progress internally through reports using this product alone (we don't use other pieces from activity components). The ability to create custom fields can really speed up workflows when we need something not included by default like an email field etc - which helps keep things organized within my team too where I'm able add new data points into each task easily without having multiple columns all linked together via another system elsewhere.
