I expected this product to be a lot smoother than it was. Mine arrived pretty dry and after rubbing a few lines it started to flatten out a bit. I'm not sure if this is normal for the product or because my lid has been damaged. It's a twisted cap that wasn't screwed on properly. It was extremely difficult to remove and once I could it didn't roll back properly. So again - not sure if the product was meant to be dry first and then wet (it's not in the description) or if it was caused by the lid.
