Both drum units arrived defective. I have received error messages asking me to clean the corona wire when I first insert it into the printer. Repeated attempts to do this resulted in the same error message and they refused to print at all. Having bought this in advance to have on hand when needed, I walked out of the returns window and was stuck without a replacement drum. I will not buy again.
