Not recommended good for printers and supplies

I ordered them in advance but ended up opening the box and using one. It was awful, the paper printed with creases on one of the drums so I had to switch to another. And since I ordered it about two months ago, I can't even return it now. What a waste!

Both drums arrived defective

Both drum units arrived defective. I have received error messages asking me to clean the corona wire when I first insert it into the printer. Repeated attempts to do this resulted in the same error message and they refused to print at all. Having bought this in advance to have on hand when needed, I walked out of the returns window and was stuck without a replacement drum. I will not buy again.

NOT DURABLE

WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS, WE NEVER PRINT FULL PAGES. DISCONTINUE THIS DR820 IN SEPTEMBER 2020. IN FEBRUARY 2021 THE PRINTER CONTINUES TO MOVE THE GREEN LEVER ON THE DRUM. UNTIL 02/16/2021 NO MORE THAN 2 LAYER PAGES WERE PRINTED UNTIL IT PRINTED AND THE GREEN LEVER NEEDS TO BE MOVED TO CLEAN THE DRUM. I HAD TO REPLACE THE DRUM TO GET THE PRINTER WORKING AGAIN. IT WAS NOT VERY LONG. THIS IS NOT A HIGH PERFORMANCE DRUM!

The printer doesn't like it. Doesn't work at all

For reference I have a Brother HL-L5200DW which is specifically listed as compatible. However, I installed this brand new drum to replace the one I was having print quality issues with, but the printer seems to be having problems with this drum and keeps giving me a drum error message and asking me to move the green slider, which I've done many times but it still doesn't work. I can't use this drum at all, so I won't buy it again

Perfect fit for toner cartridges

Seems like a good drum replacement for our Brother printer. This fixed our problem with black spots on all of our prints. I haven't had any compatibility issues if the printer doesn't recognize it. I manually reset the counter when it doesn't recognize it as a new drum and reset the counter myself. The printer will tell you after 30,000 prints that it's time to replace the drum, whether it's bad or not, so be sure to reset the counter after replacing the drum, no matter what brand you useโ€ฆ

Replacement drum unit for printer and accessories

I bought the LxTek compatible drum unit for my Brother DR820 DR-820 (2 Black, Ultra High Yield 60,000 pages) and was keen to try this product. . Opened and installed according to instructions. I received an error message on my printer telling me to turn off and restart the printer. I was able to print a page that wasn't very good quality before getting an error message again. I called the provided LxTek support and spoke to a technician. In the end we tried the second module and he guided meโ€ฆ
