Doesn't work as described. Customer service is terrible too.

I bought it for my grandson as a birthday present. After following the instructions, this is not what I imagined. Medusa floats up and doesn't move. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Can a replacement be issued? Not only am I stuck with a broken light, the seller won't do anything for me. Do not buy from this seller and do not purchase this item. I am absolutely dissatisfied.
