The final product was fine. The finishes are good, all the hinges and mechanical devices work without any problems. My problem with the table arose when we started assembling it. Holes were not drilled in 4 different places where holes should have been. One set was drilled on the wrong side which reduced stability a bit but hasn't been a problem so far. I was absolutely sure that I followed the instructions when I discovered the problems. There was no doubt, only the holes were not drilled. I got out my drill bit, punched holes where they were and the table came together as intended. I'm a contractor and have been making furniture as a hobby for a number of years, so I'm not new to assembly or building. Anyone who does not want to drill a new piece of furniture should be aware that this may be necessary with this set.
