Soft and durable

Soft fabric with a snug but not tight fit around the waist. This is a new toddler favorite. So far it has not faded or faded. And it's been washed half a dozen times already. I will buy it again if we need the next size up. And I am sure that this skirt will also do the second owner good if it is inherited.
