My Fitbit Charger three black straps broke in one of the holes you put the band through. And luckily I saw it before it broke completely. Fitbit now has very good customer service. For example on my last charge I had a blister in the bracelet, all I had to do was take some photos and send them and they mailed one to me. I was shocked. The reason I immediately went to Fitbit is that they have very good customer service. But after speaking to this person and sending the pictures I said let me go online and take a look. That's incredible. They are just as durable if not better because they have holes to allow your wrist to breathe like the original bits. Now Fitbit has made it easy for you to swap them out, it used to be very difficult with an old charger, but it's so easy. They come in three colors, I wanted a lighter color so I can see them if I ever have to take them off for a shower or whatever. They are fantastic quality. I'm totally serious. I didn't expect them to be anything more than cheap stuff and they aren't. They are well packaged and all three are fantastic. Worth every penny and you don't pay much. By the way, there is no Fitbit wristband here. How funny that this came out quicker than the Fitbit group. But I don't knock on their customer service. They are very good, they are a very good company. Didn't even have to bother them and ordered my own stuff first but whatever I'll have them and the bands are great you'll love them.
