I bought one of these around 2014 and I love it! The charging port broke which was a common problem and they replaced the part without question but then it broke again because it hadn't burned very well. Couldn't find anyone who could fix it again so reluctantly bought another one. Reluctantly because I didn't want to spend money when I already had it. I use my speaker all over the house and always tell people about it when they ask for product suggestions. I even got a Polk Boom when they first came out, but the sound quality wasn't that great and they stopped charging after a short while, so I went back to using my Ecocarbon full time.
