There are still some issues with lights that hold magnetic strips, but I like lights so much that I'm trying to find solutions to make them stick better. Between 3 orders, some magnetic strips were missing and the company was more responsive to solving this problem. I was told they would send me the missing strips next week. So my complaint about customer service was premature - they try very hard. I'm sure I can fix the light otherwise they work great. I love that my cabinet lights are so bright, hold their charge well and are easy to program with the remote. This is a very inexpensive lighting solution for my pantry and kitchen that I certainly couldn't afford with hardwiring.
