I've heard good reviews about water irrigators but found these here at Revain so I decided to try them before buying the more expensive one. I really like it! It's not super big or bulky and easy to use. I found that the tank is detachable, making it easier for me to fill it than with a flip top cap. It's important to use warm water first, as cold water can damage your teeth. I fill it up, brush my top teeth, then fill it up again and brush my bottom teeth. Also, make sure you lean over the sink so the water goes into the sink and not the mirror! I love the blue color and used the custom mode to find the ideal pressure setting as the default High setting wasn't high enough for me. I highly recommend this especially if you are new to using hydrofloss!
