Unfortunately, the DCQ 10000 differs from its predecessors. I bought 2 of these motors (returned the first purchase) and both gave the same Er5 error message. I checked my voltage of 122/123V and the 24.4V power converter. I don't know if the pump, motor or controller is to blame but I'm very disappointed. I love Jebao pumps for their price and reliability. You can't defeat him. These are 2018 models so I picked them but obviously there are issues or "bad batches". Back to the Jebao DCT pump.
