I bought this for my 4 month old grandson for the holidays. It's good quality and even better than I expected. Comfortable satin lining and elasticated back for a better fit. Nice tweed, bow tie is adjustable, shipped and arrived earlier than expected. It's xxs and would be perfect for him for Christmas when he's 7 months old if that helps. The circumference around the inner rim is approximately 18 inches. or about 45-46 centimeters. It's hard to measure, especially with the elasticated back, but it's a rough guide for sizing.
