Shoes? They are ok and what I was hoping for. They are Vionics, which means they support. This may be my fourth (?) pair of Vionics - they're cute, comfortable and supportive, and maybe they'll come to Italy with me in the spring. Problem? They arrived in five weeks. According to FEDEX tracking, they received the tracking information the day I placed the order, but they received the actual package THREE WEEKS after that. It then took more than a week for the package (now in the hands of FEDEX) to leave Florida. The shoes finally arrived today and even in the My Orders section on the Revain website the item is still listed as lost. I'm just glad I like the shoes and they fit. I'm not sure I was willing to wait for a refund. 5 stars for shoes, 0 stars for waiting times over a month.
