The ease in which it can be used to manage employee schedules, view attendance records, paychecks are easy for management as well as staff members! I dislike that there is no way to send an email or text message directly from this software-it would be nice if you could do so through other programs like outlook. Manage all aspects of payroll including time off requests, vacation request, sick leave etc. It makes everything very organized and efficient. Benefits include better communication between managers and their team members and more accountability with regards to work performance/time spent working.
