We hike a lot, and public toilets may not be the best choice these days. We've had great success with urine bags both on and off the road. Here are some of our thoughts versus others we've tried. The cap shape is suitable for both men and women. However, it is easier for a man to use them from a seated position. The pouches will not fully open until gravity and liquid are involved, so a standing position is preferred. The absorbent does not gel immediately and will continue to splatter even after a few minutes. This is not a problem if the user zips the bag shut. Inside is just a strip of coated paper towel, so if absorbency is critical, it may be better to use a different type. - After sealing the bag, the smell will not come out. - It would be better if there were additional small bags included in the double wall drain and hide the urinal bag itself. You need to provide your own if you wish. Overall we found them great for our needs. So they're great for camping, driving, working in an area with no convenient restrooms, or just to avoid dangerous areas during a pandemic. No problem giving this product a five star recommendation.
