absorbs odors easily!
The only problem I've found is that if you leave it in your gym bag or in the dishwasher for too long it will absorb the odors around it. My water therefore smelled and tasted like garlic for 2 weeks before I got the idea to soak the orange peels in the water all weekend. Monday morning my cup smelled like oranges, not rancid garlic! It's been 2 weeks and it still smells like oranges. I use that instead of garlic anytime!
