I read many reviews before buying. I have 8 piglets, I consider them all giants! 3.5-4 pounds. I decided to try them anyway. I have hug mugs for them, but I like to give them the choice. When I opened the package I said there was no way they could lie on it. I bought 6 in total. My children also have a needle. The extra large and smaller are round so they can nestle inside the larger ones or individually into the smaller ones. I said what the heck and opened one of them up and lo and behold they are perfect for the Super Pet Igloo Critter Hideout (assorted, pet friendly, 12"L x 10 1/2"W x 6 1/4"W) and they love her! They will not use them outside of their igloos. I was just trying to see what they prefer, igloos with and without pillows, with snuggle mugs, and everyone who had them was busy. While they won't fit in on their own, I would recommend them to anyone using a shelter for added comfort and cushioning.
