The biggest benefit I like best about this service it that they are very responsive when you have questions or need to troubleshoot an issue with them in regards to their product/service! Sometimes there's lag time from question being asked until response comes back (a few minutes).

Other than that - nothing at all. It was just something we needed so no issues really but if your looking into using some type of load balancing / dns services then definitely give these guys a try out!! We were able solve our web server problems by having more resources available during peak times as well as solving other network related concerns such as email delivery failures etc..
