Great customer support and great solution for DNS hosting

The biggest benefit I like best about this service it that they are very responsive when you have questions or need to troubleshoot an issue with them in regards to their product/service! Sometimes there's lag time from question being asked until response comes back (a few minutes). Other than that - nothing at all. It was just something we needed so no issues really but if your looking into using some type of load balancing / dns services then definitely give these guys a try out!! We were…

Load balanced email delivery for many domain

I like that it's easy to setup with minimal configuration required. It worked great out of box as well! The only thing i disliked was sometimes when we were receiving emails from our clients they would show up in spam folder due to DKIM not being configured properly (which made me feel bad). We needed an affordable way to handle multiple domains but still wanted some control over them. This solved all my problems. Also we had another service which did load balancing using HAProxy but at times…

Dynamic DNS is a great solution for those who want to use dynamic DNS services.

This is a great solution for anyone needing to use dynamic DNS services. However, if you're looking for a fully featured DNS solution (such as a managed caching server), you'll be disappointed. It does not offer any such thing. If you're looking for a DNS proxy/firewall, you'll be also be disappointed. It does not offer such a service.   • Simple to use - no need to learn another programming language.

  • They only allow the creation of CNAMEs and MX entries.
  • The documentation for this product leaves a lot to be desired.
