Product little used sharpened probably 50 pencils per child at home. I started chewing pencils and only sharpened one side. I cleaned it, checked, found no clogs. I called customer service and a very rude lady told me to print a paper copy of the Amazon receipt, print out the claim form, pack the sharpener and ship it across the country at my expense. I tried to explain to her that I would email a copy of my Amazon order and fill out an online warranty claim if necessary. NO. She insisted that I print it all out and SEND IT TO YOU. I laughed, gave up, told her it was 2019 and my stamps were probably next to my fax machine and 56K modem. Buyers beware of a reputable company with ridiculous warranty support and unwanted products.
