My Xterra started to run a little rough and after extracting the codes I found that it stopped. I replaced my coils a few years ago so I was familiar with the process. After reading several forums online I was able to guess which coil to replace. Just installed a new spark plug. This is pretty easy to fix. Basically you just take it off the spark plug and then disconnect it. Then you put on a new one and put it on the spark plug. The part was much more readily available through Amazon than OEM for a bargain price or other aftermarket at one of the major auto parts stores. I replaced these a few months ago and had no problems. I bought an extra one to have on hand in case I had this problem in the future.
