The most important thing about this program is how easy it is for us as dispatchers to use. We are able to customize our screen so we can see all aspects of each truck coming in from an individual driver's point of view. This is great because we are not just seeing their route but also if there was any issues with them or their equipment while out loading/unloading at our facility. I wish that when I log into my account that sometimes it would be quicker to load the page than to have to type in everything again. At times it takes too long to input all of the information. Also having multiple screens open at once does not always work well. Just keep going back to the main screen until it works perfectly like I said before! I am solving problems within myself personally. Some days I will think something has been loaded wrong which usually means I did not.
