After over an hour of frustration trying to get the last screw into the knee bolster, I forgot three screws. The frustration of trying to tighten the last screw was enormous. I would loosen all the screws, try again, the result is the same - the last screw didn't go in no matter how I turned it. The holes may not have been drilled properly as the last hole appears to be about 1/4 inch missing, but no force will get the last screw in. Trouble, I'll leave the kneecap with three screws for the time being. The chair itself feels good and I sit more upright which is good for my back and posture. I'll see how it works in the next days/weeks. After the "screwdriver" I decided to let my wrist and anger cool down.
