Review on Scratching Scratcher Groomer Scratch Covered by Betty Tucker

Smaller than I expected and no way to swap out parts

Probably an item much better suited for kittens or cats due to the small size. My friend likes him enough, but he has significant flaws that prevent him from using it, and he's not a big cat. The platform at the top is too small for an adult cat to sit comfortably on and it seems to be my friend's favorite activity, whether it's napping or lying on it and playing with marbles. This is usually when he'll stop playing and move on if he can't get comfortable at the top. Likewise, the lower balls are too low to captivate an adult cat, and too close for a self-taught. Pillar; he wants to go underneath and rub himself against it, but there isn't enough space for him between him and the base, so he pretty much ignored it once he figured it out. uses them quite often. Unfortunately, unlike more expensive models, the springs are NOT interchangeable so they only lasted a few weeks before he ripped them and lost interest in the part. the cat used on a whim (part of the perk, after all, is that they don't scratch furniture at will!), and my poor cat has gotten stuck in it twice and needed help to free himself - once his paw got caught in it the loop that holds the bells (the most tempting part besides the feathers) and one day his claw got stuck in a bell. I ended up cutting off both the bells and the hinges to avoid injury when I wasn't around.
