The extension does not fit the car I ordered for the original. It worked on my other machine. Before ordering, please make sure there is a surface around the edge of the wing to stick to. The car I originally ordered it for didn't have a large lip area along the top edges of the fenders.

They are folded when shipped and struggle with wing shape when trying to install. Yes, I tried heating, first in the sun, then with a heat gun. Then the double tape that comes with the kit isn't strong enough to hold them in place. I think with a stronger double band and rolled up to a larger diameter (in the installation direction) they would be great.

These fender moldings are exactly as described with one exception. They don't even come close to "soft rubber". I used a heat gun to mount them to the wing edges. They'll just go if you heat each section as you go. Test them first. Glue is no joke. I put them on a few weeks ago and they do great in road salt and two feet of snow. They are supplied rolled up in individual packs with pre-cleaner adhesion promoter.
