I like that this platform is secure, scalable, easy to use, and has an API for 3rd party integrations. The customer support team could be more available during business hours. Also, it would help if there was documentation about all aspects of using the product so you don't have to rely solely on trial and error methods or searching forums. We are working with our customers' financial institutions to provide additional security around their accounts by providing access only when users are logged in as themselves rather than having to log into their account every time they need access. I like that it was easy to set up, and I liked that it is very flexible and customizable. The support team has been fantastic in helping me understand how to use the software. They are always quick to respond and help with any issues or questions. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product. It has allowed us to be more efficient and keep our data safe. We are able to store all of our information in one place and easily share documents between employees.
