I like that they are very transparent, I know what my project is going to cost up front. They have good communication skills. They are easy to work with, which is key when you're hiring a firm for web development. I like that it has an easy-to use interface, so you don't have to learn how complicated programming stuff work very well if your not familiar with coding already or even know what C++ actually means! You can do most things in this program without having any training at all as longs does its job for me pretty good :).
