The ease in which it is able to integrate with other applications, such as SAP HANA Cloud Platform (HCP). It's ability for customizing dashboards are very powerful tools that can be leveraged by our business users who want more granular views into their data than what we would normally provide through an ERP system or BI toolset. I wish there were better support from developers when installing new apps/modules -- sometimes things don't work out-of-the box due to lack of proper documentation. We have used this product at several different companies during my career but never had any issues until now. Our customers really value having access to realtime visibility into production plant operations via mobile devices so they do not need to go back home every day just to check if everything went well.
