Amplifier and cooker in one!

They brought the wrong amp. I ordered r3 and r2 came. I have a DVC2 class 12 Q Kicker with 850W RMS so I ordered the R3. The subwoofer hardly moves, connected in parallel at 4 ohms, the instructions and the subwoofer itself says that it can only handle a minimum terminal resistance of 2 ohms, because that is not possible with a dvc2 subwoofer. but in the description and Q&A, toro states that the amp can drive 1 ohm, so I connected my subwoofer in series with a 1 ohm load, gain increased maybe 1/4 inch. This subwoofer makes the floor shake but after a 20 minute drive to work I can cook a steak on the amp it gets so hot. I've already decided to just melt it down and then replace it with the right amp, but this R2 is a badass son of a bitch. I can't believe this is going to be fair anymore. I have the big three, 4 header capacitor, AMG battery, OFC 4 AWG wiring, OFC 12 AWG speaker wire with gold tipped banana plugs so none of them have a problem. I know it says at least 2 ohms, but it can't, and 4 ohms shouldn't even be connected, so Toro says it can handle a 1 ohm load, well, of course it can, but I will find out how long it can take for him to turn on his motherboard. into liquid magma!
