Review on NANAMI Bluetooth Headphones Waterproof Cancelling by Elizabeth Reyes

Purchased in mid-February 2019 Used 3-5 hours a day (battery life) until the end of May 2019 Battery no longer charges. (That's normal for this price range.) I listen to podcasts, not music. The sound quality for speech is comparable to others I've tried. Nothing special, nothing negative. As a field engineer, I spend a lot of time calling tech support. The quality of the headphones is standard. Again, no really positive or negative comparisons here. The microphone is slightly better than other Bluetooth headsets in this price range. I haven't found a better BT mic, but none of them are good for a wired mic. The background noise filtering for the microphone is sometimes a bit annoying. If I stand too close to a source of background noise, such as B. a network rack with loud fans, these are amplified and my voice is reduced. I can't speak to the technology involved, but that's the difference between this product and others. My other Bluetooth and plug-in headsets are not responding in the same way. Another example is trains. I have a seat next to the train tracks and when the train goes by I know I should just wait or turn off the BT because it amplifies that sound and practically ignores my voice. It actively brings the loud background over my voice. The battery life was 3-5 hours. 5 for easy listening up to 3 for long conversations. It was charged and used again for a few days but mostly when the battery died I plugged it in to charge and used another BT or wired headset. The battery lasted 3.5 months. I think 100 reloads. That's less than average in my experience. I typically get 3 to 6 months use for a BT headset in this price range. I'm rough with them, so I don't buy high quality. Overall it was a low average. It's just passed the 3 month mark so I'm giving it 3 stars but there was nothing in particular to motivate me to order again or encourage me to recommend it. Standard cheap BT headset. EDIT June 2019 The company read this review and sent me a replacement. The new one has better daily battery life. The product is still being tested but they were automatically given a replacement star without my knowledge. Real customer orientation! Thank you Nanami
