Review on King Size Avana Slant Bed Wedge Memory Foam Pillow: Ultimate Comfort and Support by Sasha Kupchin

I bought this wedge foam pillow for my husband because he has heartburn problems and I've read that this type of pillow is helpful could be. I read many reviews and specs on many of these pillows, but I chose this one for the following reasons: The length and width seemed good. My husband is 6ft and some others thought they weren't long enough. It's not heavy, but to allow some freedom of movement and still have a wedge heel, I figured a width of 34 inches (about the width of a double bed) would be right. It's 32 inches long, which seems about right for its size. Its height is about 7 inches and since the pillow is a little crumpled, it also feels good when using the pillow. It comes in a nice nylon carrying case and is packable. The full disclosure took a few hours. It has a nice fleece zip cover. There was very little of that new foam smell you often smell with foam sheets, even straight out of the box. My husband slept on it the first night and didn't seem to notice any smell. It is made in the USA. After ordering it arrived in about 2 weeks but it was worth the wait. My husband tells me this is great for acid reflux. Updated 9/4/15. My husband still sleeps on it every night and is still happy with it. He shrank a little in the middle where his shoulders rested, but no more than I expected from memory foam. It still provides good support and prevents stomach acid from entering the esophagus during the night. The main thing is comfortable. He puts a memory foam pillow on it and usually sleeps on his side. I will probably order one for myself and another family member in the same size.
